Minnesota Power is hosting Open Houses to introduce the ISA Transmission Project. The proposed ISA Transmission Project is an approximately 63-mile-long 345 kilovolt transmission line between Minnesota Power's Iron Range Substation near Grand Rapids in Itasca County, Minnesota Power's St. Louis County Substation, and American Transmission Company's Arrowhead Substation in Solway Township, near Hermantown, Minnesota.
